Alasdair was very reactive and went above and beyond to fix my boiler within 24 hours, visiting the day I called to scope the job and returning the next day with the required parts. He was very personable and clearly a very skilled tradesman. He did as best he could to minimise my costs and I felt I got excellent value for money. He also gave me valuable advice on how to maintain my boiler, fix simple pressure issues and know what to look out for. I would highly recommend Alasdair."
