"Phoned Bruce about cleaning my chimney which turned out to be a much bigger job than expected. Whoever had fitted my fire and liner had cemented the liner in the chimney which was ripped and had to be replaced. Bruce and his team worked hard trying to remove the liner with great difficulty as it was stuck .with shear hard work and great knowledge it was removed and a new one replaced.Bruce also replaced parts in my woodburner and repositioned my fire for better efficiency. The original fireplace in our 1913 Edwardian villa had been converted into a gas burner in the 1970s, with amateur brickwork and extensive additional cladding. This all had to be removed, and the original recess cleared of messy brick and stonework. Bruce and his team approached this challenge with professionalism and confidence. From the very beginning, we felt we could trust their expertise.
