"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU’VE GOT A SECOND OPINION AND PRICE!!!! Assessor said handles needed changed but mechanism was fine. Fitters turned and said it was the opposite. Changed handles anyway but couldn’t fix the actual problem, leaving us with windows we could close or lock. I complained and a manager called back and said the assessor stated he never said anything of the sort regarding the mechanism I.e. I was lying for some reason. To fix the actual problem was going to cost well over £700 but would do it for £650 as a good will gesture. I went to the lock shop, Dundee and got the mechanisms for £14 each and done it myself as it was such an easy job. £700+ versus £50"

I thought I would need a new window but the excellent service from both the Surveyor (Ross) who initially did the inspection which was very thorough and the two man team (Jock and Dylan) who carried out the work and was done to a very high standard and I would definitely use them again. Very happy with the result."
