"Brick-tastic Bricklayers build and repair walls, arches, foundations and maintain the safety of the area, they are skilled craftspeople and a highly skilled trade that has been used in construction for thousands of years. Everyone knows that to find the wrong person can be a costly mistake, and one that is hard to rectify without spending a considerable amount of time and money. We are absolutely thrilled to share our experience with Knox Construction, specifically Garry and Kevin, who recently completed a fantastic boundary wall for our family. Garry has Advanced Craft certificate level and more than 40 years of experience, has an incredible attention to detail on the brickwork and mortar. Garry and Kevin have just toiled through the heatwave to demolish and rebuild our unsafe and more than 60 year old mesh 50 foot long boundary wall, repointed the whole wall and finished it with perfection and the work was done within the agreed time and everything was always left clean and tidy. A great job and we are pleased with the quality of Garry’s work and our new wall looks brilliant. We have to say the finished work is outstanding. Excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price. Brick tastic (to be continued) We are absolutely thrilled to share our experience with Knox Construction and we have used this company before in a previous house and would use them more if we need it and highly recommend them. They are always punctual, hardworking and give 100%, the end result is fantastic. From the outset, it was evident that Garry and Kevin were deeply passionate about their work, and were extremely personable, polite and respectful. They attended the work with a great attitude and work ethic. After our first project to rebuild the boundary wall, suddenly Garry had an accident and broke his finger. We made the decision that we will wait for his recovery, because his level of effort and commitment went above and beyond our expectations. This personal touch is what makes us do so. Our garage wall had construction damage and a big crack, so Garry came round for a site audit to see what work needed doing and explained what options were available. Also we asked them to re-pointed stonework inside the garage wall which required them to do the doorway. Garry clearly outlined all the options for the work and was careful to explain potential pricing variables. He also offered us a choice of bricks dependent upon any hidden structural damage he might discover when demolishing the existing wall. We agreed on removing the half wall and rebuilding with whatever bricks could be reclaimed and cleaned. The area being worked on was kept very safe, tidy and clean and once the job was finished there was no evidence that any work had taken place. Very fair pricing for the time of work and skill it took to rebuild the wall. Very impressed and couldn’t recommend Knox Construction more.We are delighted with the quality of Garry and Kevin’s work and our new wall looks great. Every time, they have completed the work to an amazing standard. We were very pleased with their job and would highly recommend Knox Construction to anyone."
