"We had to get rid of decking in our large backyard, which was rotten, and to have it replaced with proper slabs. Ian gave us a quick, honest quote. Joe and the folks came soon after we had accepted it and did a lovely job. They managed to find the right slabs to match the ones we already had in other parts of the house, which were 20-something year old; they worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves impeccably. Having had to deal with many lousy builders, finding Mcdonald Builders close to home was a relief. We'll surely ask them again if we need further works done in the house. Highly recommended!"

"I asked Ian for a quotation back in February to completely redo the backyard of my property in bricklayed paving stones. Today they managed to finished the 75m2 work within 5 days incuding all of the neat little touches required of Non-Square Victorian Properties. Astonishingly professional and all of the workman were accommodating and with good craic, even despite the scorching sun or torrential rain. Will be having them back for more work in the future."
