"From appointment for quote, to installation of new front door, to after care service, everything was exceptional. Andy came out to discuss requirements and give a quote for new door. He listened to what I wanted, was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products. He knew that I had two other companies coming in to give quotes and was understanding of that. To be honest I nearly cancelled the other quotes! However when I phoned Andy the next day about ordering the new door he came along and paperwork was handled very efficiently. Got a call from Davie, surveyor, who came along to measure up a couple of days later. Four weeks later Danny and Blake arrived to fit the new door. They were very efficient, worked well together and tidied up after themselves. No mess left and all done within a morning. There was a problem with one of the keys which was bent and Danny did say that that a new key would be sorted out. I then got a call from Forrest who wanted to come out and collect a key so that he could get a replacement sorted out for the bent key. This was done within the space of half an hour with no inconvenience to myself. I am very impressed with all members of staff that I had dealings with. "I cannot recommend Meraki Halo highly enough. From the moment I contacted them they offered a prompt appointment for coming to see the work even though they didn't advertise that they did bathrooms and their profile was essentially for double glazing. Jamie could almost read my mind when it came to deciding on the design and fittings, we made our choices with his advice without hours of indecision. The whole bathroom needed stripping out and renovating and included underfloor heating and the best taps and flush I have ever used. We opted for a smaller bathroom cabinet than originally planned and it is perfect and very smart with built in lights. The workmanship is excellent and the work was completed with only a minor delay when the first heating mat put in was faulty All the staff and workmen were helpful and incredibly efficient and reliable."

Angus came out and listened to what we wanted, showed us a large choice of products with advice on what might be best for or space. On the day of installation the team arrived on time and talked us through everything they were going to do. They worked hard and cleaned as they went leaving no mess behind.
