Even though I hadn't seen the contract, by paying the deposit, I had agreed to it. The No More Digging contract allows the contractor to change the agreed time to do the job multiple times, even at the last minute. Don't risk losing your money like I did. Don't pay a deposit and don't use this company if the work is time critical."
