"I initially used their website enquiry option to ask for a skip. Several days later I figured nobody there reads those messages so I phoned and booked a skip. They wouldn't give me a time and just said anytime between 8am and 6pm. So I booked a day's annual leave and they didn't turn up, nor did they have the courtesy to telephone and let me know that they weren't going to turn up so that I might have been able to return to my key worker job. I'm just relieved I chose the option of paying the driver cash on he day. It is a pity I didn't read the reviews here first as I might have been aware they don't always turn up as agreed."
