"100% would recommend. Reuben and Pete were both fantastic. Explained everything in full that they needed to do and talked us through the ripping out of old boiler and install of new one. Put down protective liners on the stairs and hall way. After the boiler was replaced, they cleaned up after themselves and left everything tidy. Reuben then installed the hive products and showed me how to work it in full. Both the phone app and the wall point. Very reasonable prices too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even with the 100 questions from me. Would use again. Thank you so much"

Confirmed appointment, he turned up when expected, including a text message to say he was en route with estimated time of arrival, which was spot on. He listened attentively to what the issues were with our boiler and he quickly diagnosed the problems and sorted these out, and took time explaining this all to me. Reuben was extremely respectful of our home. He was meticulous in cleaning parts of the boiler as he went along and disposed of waste/build up of sludge thoughtfully. I have already asked for him to return to do other works to radiators and resiting of condensate boiler pipe as I was very impressed by his knowledge and skills. Costs were very reasonable for works carried out to date, which included a thorough boiler service. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Reuben!"

Unfortunately the heating went off again and Reuben came back that evening. He was able to ascertain that the issue was also due to some shortcuts when the boiler was put in. He was able to fix this temporarily and will be coming back after New Year to offer a permanent solution.
