"My boiler broke last weekend, during a pretty cold spell. The house was freezing, and we had no hot water. I spoke to Ryan on Sunday, and we discussed the likely fault over the phone. He came out first thing on Monday morning, got the part, returned in the afternoon and fixed the boiler. He was friendly, knowledgable, efficient and professionell. The boiler got fixed much quicker than expected and warmth restored in the house. I am really happy with the service I received from Ryan, and would not hesitate to call him again and recommend him to my friends."
