"I organised for someone to look at our septic tank as it had been blocked for some time and we required a camera to investigate. Someone arrived from Scotia in an awful mood because he had hit a lamppost when trying to find our house. After we explained our problem, he told us we had wasted his time as his camera wasn't long enough. He was very aggressive with us, blaming us for the damage to his car and we had to ask him to leave. I rarely leave bad reviews but in this case, we couldn't believe his lack of professionalism."
