"Shame there's not a facility to leave zero stars as 1 is 1 too many. I asked this company for an estimate to fit TV to wall and reconnect the sky feed. They came and arrived early, all good so far. I was then told that sky couldn't be reconnected because analogue link and digital TV. Fair enough. It all took between 5 and 10 minutes. Then I was asked to pay a £45 call out charge. I thought he was joking. I was never informed of a call out charge. When I objected to this, I was told that I should have asked if there was a charge. He said he had to cover the cost of his petrol, the business is 5 minutes up the road, and I mean 5 minutes. The disagreement was very unpleasant. As a woman on her own I felt I was left with no option but to pay. To be clear I have no objection to paying a call out charge if that is what is agreed upfront. That was not the case here. I would keep clear of this man and his company ."

"Guys were so friendly and professional. Talked through the job and made sure I was happy before wall mounting my TV in the bedroom. TV looks so neat on the wall and just where I wanted it. Very reasonable price too. Getting them back in to look at the aerial. Highly recommend."

"Hugely Disappointing!, I have used Tayside Ariel Services many times in the past, they have always delivered a good service at a fair price, however it seems all that has changed. Recently my son had a TV mounted on the wall with a bracket supplied by themselves, the job in total took them around 20 minutes to complete and at no time did they discuss cost. Weeks later we received their invoice, it was not itemized with individual costing and a total bill that was extortionate! I questioned this amount, stating I was being grossly overcharged, but they were unwilling to negotiate. I visited their website to leave a review but found no option to do so, very strange considering there are good reviews displayed on there but I'm not sure how!. Overall, I'm left Very Disappointed with their recent service and greedy pricing."

"Used this company to fit and install the house based on family recommendations. Came out and did a top quality job, offering advice and tips on how to get the best out of our rooms. Incredibly professional and nothing was too much trouble. I am sure there are companies out there that would be much more exensive for inferior workmanship. Would gladly recommend to anyone"

"An absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. We needed a new TV and lots of rewiring to add in extra TV points, and sort the existing ones. Kenny came out and gave us great advice and recommended exactly what was needed. He then came back a week later, on the agreed day, with Liam and two electricians to do the job, which was completed very efficiently to a high standard, - they even hoovered up the mess! No hesitation in recommending these very nice and helpful people to undertake work in the house. So nice to know there are good tradesmen around who take pride in their work and deliver customer satisfaction. Thank you for a great, hassle free job at good value for money!"
