"I can’t thank this company enough for the work they’ve recently completed at my property. The windows were old, letting in cold air and covered in condensation most mornings. The front door was also outdated, letting in a massive draught and not very secure. I first spoke to Matthew, who was really helpful, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. The surveyors then came out to take the proper measurements and go over the final details with me. The last person I spoke with was Scott, who kept me updated right up until the day of the job and then gave me a courtesy call afterwards to make sure everything had gone as planned. I honestly can’t thank everyone enough. The new windows have transformed my property — it’s much warmer and looks far more modern. The new front door has also made the house warmer and feels much more secure. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors."

"What a great company we chose to fit our windows and doors. I did a lot of research in to companies to fit our windows and doors. It was 12 windows and doors so was a big decision as was a lot of money so had to be right. Wave Group stood out during my research. Scott came across as genuine and really concerned about making sure he was providing the best experience possible for his customers. Scott made us feel at ease and nothing was too much for him. He made sure we were happy and updated every step of the way. When we decided to go ahead with the work, he took time to go through everything to make sure we were on the same page. The installation went just as Scott promised and the installation team were great and took the time to make sure we were happy and cleaned up behind them. We made a couple of changes along the journey and Scott and the team were very accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem. I really can’t fault Wave Group and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have window and/or doors replaced."

"We had been contemplating getting new windows and doors for a couple of years, but kept delaying it at the thought of the upheaval. After seeing a Wave Group Facebook ad and the windows/doors deteriorating, we made contact. Scott was polite and pleasant on the phone call and we arranged for him to come to the house. Having Scott in our house made us both at ease very quickly, it actually felt like we were sitting talking it all over with a friend - there was no rush, no pushy sale, no quick put your name to it today tactics and we can give you a deal! We didn’t need the time to think (to be honest Scott nipped out to his car and we both looked at each other and said I’m very comfortable with this and have a good feel about it). We ordered the windows and doors there and then after a good look through the vast range of options. I was not 100% on a couple of things - Scott was open and honest, pros and cons were given, photos were shown - we couldn’t have asked for more. Moving forward to the fitters. Not going to lie I thought oh 3 young lads coming I hope they take this seriously. Well they certainly did and as soon as I met them my concerns were gone. All 3 were polite and professional throughout. They respected and treated our home as if it were their own. As soon as they arrived you could see they were prepped and ready to get going so I left them to it. They tidied up behind them and probably left our home cleaner than when they arrived (need to get the husband working with them for a couple of days haha). That upheaval we were concerned about didn’t exist. Windows and doors have been done to an extremely high standard and have changed the whole look of our home for the better. Overall experience 10 out of 10. From start to finish we have been very pleased with all at Wave Group. I don’t recommend people or companies easily, but I would recommend Wave Group to friends and family without a doubt . We will be looking to get bathrooms done in the future and Wave Group will be who we go to after this experience. Well done all at Wave Group and thank you for everything.
